Please drop-in to fill your new prescriptions. Our pharmacy team looks forward to providing you with timely service and professional medication counselling. You may also send us an image of a new prescription via our smart phone app, diem premium care. You can download the diem premium care app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Importantly, always bring in the original document. Your healthcare professional is welcome to forward a new prescription to us by fax at (705) 436-6953.

Refills for your prescriptions can be prepared in advance by calling the store or using our convenient smartphone app, diem premium care. You can download the diem premium care app on the Apple App Store or Google Play. Please give us at least 4 business hours to complete your request. We may not be able to complete your refill request in that time if there are issues with the prescription. We will endeavour to contact you if that is the case.
